How to book a ride?

Download the app and register.

Pre-booking your rides to/ from Hospital 12 Octubre or Hospital Infanta Leonor up to 7 days in advance.

Select your desired time slot for arrival or pickup.

You will receive a confirmation for your booking.

Before your pick-up, you receive a message including your exact pick-up time and location, which will be a bus stop close to you.

Head to your pickup location, your EMT Smart Bus will meet you there. Get on and that´s all!
